Very powerful for a cinder elemental deck, on account to the fact that he gives a potent bonus to red/black hybrids, any creature that is both red and black would get +2/+2, the only slight drawback to this card is that, although it provides a penalty to those who burn it, it has low toughness and is easy to kill with a burn spell, to prevent this, use fists of the demi-god on it to give it a nice +2/+2 boost as well as wither and first strike.
In conclusion, the Ashenmoor leige can provide many nasty synergy combinations to "toast" your opponant, and that is why I rate it a five.

He may seem weak at first, and he is if there is a potent blocker, or if there are no fists on him. Put some fists of the demigod on him and he rules the board while boosting your other creatures. 4/5
