Another blue rare to change colors in spells. Most people dont think about these rares very hard. Look at all those sideboard color hate cards you never use. Buy 4 of these and something similar-whim of Volrath, Alter reality, mind bend- and add in enchantments that hate fast and hard. Just be sure to keep you deck flexable or colorless, and use tidal visionary w/ red/blue elemental blast.
