Eventide is the second set in the Shadowmoor block. Eventide introduces two new mechanics called Retrace and Chroma. Retrace allows one to play a card out of one’s graveyard with the added cost of discarding a land. Chroma makes mana of a certain color a variable that determines the effect of a card.
Great synergy with the Orzhov. Between haunt and the Ghost Council, I don't want to think about it!

Very very very good. This card is most likely to see play in an Elemental deck with cards such as Mulldrifter, Shriekmaw, Flamekin Harbinger, (<= are the Come Into Play Elementals), perhaps 1 Reveillark and a couple Spitebellows (<= the Leaves Play Elementals), Incandescent Soulstokes, Smokebraiders, 2 Horde of Notions, and some big champion creatures such as Supreme Exemplar and/or Nova Chaser, and last 2 copies each of Vigor and Dread...and of course Primal Beyonds and Vivid Crags...that's what mine looks like (minus the Spitebellows) and it's not bad at all. The first five Elementals I mentioned combo very very nicely with Flickerwisp. The mana cost isn't a problem because of the Smokebraiders. If you championed a Mulldrifter with a Supreme Exemplar, you can attack with the Exemplar, then Flickerwisp it until the EOT to draw two cards.
Flickerwisp is also great in a white weenie deck that needs to get a big creature (or maybe artifact or enchantment) out of the way for a turn to smash for the win.
Last, a 3/1 flyer that can reliably come out on turn 3 is...amazing! This card will definitely see play in quite a few tournament-level decks...I'm ordering me 2 or 3 of them...

While this far doesn't scream Br0k3n, it still looks like iit is a solid card that has goo syngeries and combos nicely with CITP abilities
