The allied swept south into the interior of France. The Allied breakout from Normandy and their subsequent race across France to breach the German defenses on the Rhine developed into the most mobile campaign of World War 11.
Breakout and Pursuit focuses on the Allied logistic problem and the German expertise for delaying action. Breakout scenarios simulate the Allied opportunity to breech the German's Normandy defenses, while the Pursuit scenarios cover the motorized-armor chase from the Seine River to the Rhine River. In sixteen Game-Turns, the entire campaign from July to September is presented. Numerous variants for initial OBs, deployments, and reinforcement schedules are also included.
