**** Strong card, but hard to play unless you're running her in something like Hypergenesis, Dragon Arch or with Quicksilver Amulet. And yes, her true enemy would be Deathtouch or the older Gorgon touch(Destroy creature dealt combat damage by "this" at the end of combat), though a Hurricane for 5CMC could also do it.

**** You can't really play this card without mana acceleration so I am tempted to give it 3 stars however the cost is usually more than worth the payoff once it hits the board. It often dies quick but it's effectively preventing damage to the player and allowing you to avoid other blocks which would kill your other creatures, and typically it can kill one of the creatures attacking you. It's like fog on crack, and shroud is just added gravy. Play with summoning trap. When Jace Mindbender comes out use with his brainstorm ability and summoning trap so that you can pretty much guarantee that once you have six mana this babe is playable.

**** ok ....... its costly but nice...... and as far as 8 damage not happening from above ?? HUH? play any dreadnoughts lately? heard they swing a big you know what and this angel will become trampled ROAD KILL..... ouch ...... if you're still alive that is by the time you have the mana to cast this beautiful creature. This is one of the most breathtaking pictures. I'd get it tattooed on my entire back if i had that much extra time & money wow....

***** Attack for 8 damage dosn't happen often in head up. I think the shroud ability is very good. No crib swap, unmake, path to exile, terror etc. Maybe if you can get in play, you will win the game...

**** This is a great combo with Rafiq of the Many ! It kicks for 12 BANG ! Costy a little bit though...

** Oh, I love swinging with Deathtouch . . . "Did my eight mana angel just bite it to a two mana elf?" Ackward . . .

***** zane...who cares if it has shroud?! That doesn't mean you cant combo it with emergence of the mighty or elspeth...neither of them target this creature~ so use it with elspeth...unfortunately cruel edict kills it if its ur only creature, but if youre running it with elspeth, you can sac a little weenie token...very very awesome though...it also swings for five evasive damage each turn

***** Vigor up this card, and use the new Spearbreaker Behemoth from shards of alara.
