This is a great sideboard card. Not many decks run any important artifacts, but Behemoth Sledge in aggro and Howling Mine/Font of Mythos in Turbo-Fog decks are all worth killing. Despite costing two more mana, Bant Charm is probably better than Path to Exile if you have the right mana, reliably. And being able to counter any instant (besides, well, uncounterable instants like Volcanic Fallout) is pretty nice too, since there are plenty of Lightning Bolts, Terminates, and other instant kill spells going around. 
This is probably the best of the charms out there. I love Bant Charm. It can be very helpful for the Bant deck. Your Rights :
