This card has exciting art, good HP, and a low retreat cost. For it's health and power, it's got a pretty small weakness. All three of it's attacks are strong and helpful without being terribly expensive. It's a great addition to your Water type decks, even more so because it doesn't need any steel energy to preform its attacks, so it can be easily added in. At this low price, I recommend the card to anyone who likes powerful water/steel Pokemon.
