wow, I dont think I can remember another massive blue creature like this that lacks any type of drawback except high mana cost. If you can work out how to get it in game before your dead, which will be hard in mono blue, its definatly worth while. High tide would help but that might still be too slow.

It's an artifact! Tinker or any of those sorts of cards will work. But it can also be reanimated which is very nice.

i'm comparing this to darksteel colossus. this lasts the big indestructible ability, but shroud and island-walk are both nice (they both have trample), and then there's the *big* reason to choose this over the colossus. this one can actually *go to the graveyard.* that means you can makeshift mannequin/unearth it with other card effects/any number of reanimation tricks. with these 3-color shards, only jund and naya don't have islands, and this wil pund both of them. esper, bant, and grixis do have islands, so...this pounds them even more?

Did someone say Master Transmuter? Too much fun to bounce a useless artifact and throw this guy out.

Definitely a cool card. Putting it in the colossus deck. Polymorph/tinker/proteus staff this out on fourth turn against a deck with blue in it and your opponent is dead. Especially if you sculpting steel it then your swinging for 14 every time.

Let me say "Victory Is mine" all you need is an Etherium Sculpter or at least 4 of them in a strick artifact deck. Reducing it's mane cost would be easy for me as for my ability to kick some ass with this card. This card pawns the Darksteel Colossus for the fact of it's ability of "Shroud" i care less for "Indestructible" i prefer "Shroud" no counterspells can touch this beastly creature. Also with Some merefolks you can easily create a blue mane on your opponents side of the feild causing him to be "Ublockable" another nice trick with the Merefolk from the set "Shadowmoor"

Shround doesnt mean it cant be countered, it only protects it once it actually hits the field. On the stack it can still be targeted by a counterspell since at that time its still a "spell" not yet a "permanent"

Stock more of these so I don't have to buy cards from other websites. Thanks.
