***** A real powerhouse in discard decks! 'Nuff said.

**** This is a hugely underrated card from conflux. I am not seeing anyone playing this bomb in type II, and I don't understand why. Whenever I cast it my opponent usually gets a shiver down his or her spine. Couple a blightnings, mind rots, and hyppies and you've got yourself a solid creature, and cheap too. Also you don't need that much discard, because ultimately most decks will want to cast the spells they are holding in their hands :)

*** LOL, Mind Twist. Lotus Petal, Dark Ritual, Dark Ritual, Mind Twist. Dark Ritual, Nyxathid.

**** Works well against anything really fast that empties most of its hand. Blightening, brainbite, hypnotic, just falls flat against draw-go and control types.

***** This card is awesome! It could be a huge guy for cheap in a discard deck, its not legendary, and it only costs 3 (Unearth and Dark Ritual -able in Type 1). Awesome! 1st turn: Swamp, Dark Ritual, Hypnotic Specter 2nd turn: Swamp, Hymn to Tourach, attack with hippie 3rd turn: Swamp, Nyxathid, attack with hippe After having discarded 4 cards, laying lands, etc., your opponent is probably looking at a 5/5 or bigger on turn 3. Great in Type 2 also...I'm just a vintage player so that's where my mind goes first.
