this would be a great card, unless you are playing against a grixis deck, where almost all the creatures have unearth. after it is destroyed, your opponent can just keep unearthing his/her creatures one by one to kill you.

pretty awesome...just send it in there to either take out 2 or 3 creatures, or blow up *everything.* against the top 3 decks (5 color control, b/w tokens, and r/w reveillark) it's...okay against tokens, useless against 5 color control for the most part, and well, reveillark decks usually run wrath of god anyway...however, a 6/6 with trample for 5 is a pretty big threat against all 3 of these decks. i would get a playset of these...

This card seriously helped my all color deck. All colors get better the later it is in the game, and theres nothing like a Child of Alara to whipe the slate clean.... or deal a crapload of damage. Great for all color decks!
