***** This card is the reason I cant wait for shards to trasnfer out. ....Ridiculous card

-- By Nick Embry from fort walton, fl on August 13, 2010

**** I got to do this the other day...T1: Mountain, Spark Elemental. T2: Mountain, Zektar Shrine Expedition. T3: Forest, Primal Forcemage. T4: Mountain, play Blistering Firecat face down. T5: Forest, Seething Song, Bloodbraid Elf which brings a Ball Lightning into play, morph Firecat, sac Expedition, put elemental token into play. Bloodbraid Elf 6/4, Firecat 7/1 trample, Ball Lightning 9/4 trample, elemental token 10/4 trample. That's 32 total, 26 of which tramples. It's no turn 1 Dreadnought or anything, but it was a ton of fun and more than enough to get me the win.

***** its ridiculous because of the haste factor on top of cascade, hitting into many potent 3 mana costing spells.. blightning, thrinax, etc.

***** one of the best things you can do in standard right now is play bloodbraid and then flip into a blightning

-- By Tyler Parks from middle of nowhere on February 17, 2010

**** Why only think elves? Think this: 1st turn: Forest, Llanowar elves 2nd turn: Mountain, Primal Forcemage, 3rd turn: Forest, Bloodbraid Elf, flip up Boggart Ram-Gang, attack for 12 4th turn: Mountain, Bloodbraid Elf, flip up Colossal Might, Lightning Bolt a potential blocker, and attack for 16. ^4th turn kill right there Bloodbraid Elf can also be used for early hand destruction if you flip up a Blightning, or some cool sacrificing with Hit//Run

***** One of the best cards in the set.

***** Haste and Cascade make this card a good card for g/r assault decks. Oh and beserkers are like barbarians

-- By The Reaper from Cupertino, CA on May 29, 2009

***** This card is solidly *amazing* Think turn 1 Lanowar Elves, turn 2 Perfect/Champion, and turn 3 this, into another Perfect or Champion. That's 5 damage! An Elvish Promenade (or 2, with a Heritage Druid) should seal the deal from there. I am *so* putting this in my elf deck! It's a shame that it's a "berserker" (what's that??). It sure looks like a warrior to me...and imagine this with Bramblewood Paragon! That's about 6 damage with trample! *shivers* Oh well. This is still an incredible card.
