A 4/3 flying for only 3 mana is good, sure, but it isn't good enough to justify its ridiculous drawback. This is one of those limited time creatures. Sooner or later, you will have to play another spell. So, you either wait a whole turn so you can attack with it at least once before playing another spell, or you play another spell the same turn, in which case you have basically wasted the three mana you spent on this thing. I could be off the mark here, but the fact that no one else has bothered to comment on it tells me that I am probably right about it being a good way to shoot yourself in the foot. I'd love to hear some other opinions...
