As a 3/3 Flying for GWU, she's very weak. She's also legendary! Not a great Angel at all... may be you can use her in the Fish Deck...

a 3/3 with flying for 3 mana is pretty good. it swings for 5 on turn 4 (or 6 damage on turn 3 if you play it off of a Noble Hierarch). This isn't quite as good as Mistbind Clique, since it doesn't tap your opponent's lands, but it does come out a turn or two earlier than the Clique does, and gets much bigger in a short amount of time.
