This is a wonderfully overpowered card. If one is lucky and plays it early in the game, it has massive decking potential. Even if the top four cards are lands, (thus giving it the milling ability of a Vision Charm), you've set the opponent back. Later in the game, after all the fetch lands have been used and the opponent uses cards like Gift of the Gargantuan, lands are more sparse. Either way, this card is a winner. HARD.
