I give it five because its the best at what it does! You can retrieve any field card and just reused them. Sure it may not sound like an amazing overthetop power, but consider the decks it can run it; it can reuse those field cards with special summoning capabilities, as well as retrieve those game changers cards like saber vault and spider web to name a couple.
