Ok 1900 AT Speial Summons Falevell Magician form your deck a Level 4 Tuner because this is a Level 4 Monster you can then Syrinko Summon Star Dust Dragon. It has 200 DF so does Flamevell Magician due to rekelinding you can Speial Summon both back form the grave with this and Speial Summon Another Stardust or any level 8 Syrinko Monster. This card needs 100 Stars

This card is run in 3 in somthing called Flame Cat Syriko This Monster + Falevell Magican (Level 4 Tuner that can be speical summon with this cards effect = Stardust Dragon or any other LV 8 Syinko Monster.) Rekindling Spell Speical summon Phyo type monsters from your graveyard that have a DF of 200 or less. So lets see here I play this Attack bring out Magcian Syrinko Summon Stardust play Rekindling and Syrinko for another Stardust. Price should be like $5.00 and you should have 100+ in stock!

Ok here we got the Main card in Flamvell. Because of a card release called...ya I forgot the name but it can be speical summon with this cards effect and its a LEVEL 4 TUNER MONSER meaning after just one kill with this you can summon the powerful STARDUST DRAGON! STOCK LOTS PLEASE!
