This is an incredible card for combo decks that require you to get one or two artifacts to properly play. It is also great in big creature green/blue draw decks that require you to use isochron scepters with a brainstorm or impulse imprinted on them. You can get the isochron scepters with nourish, terror, wear away, time walk, or whatever in the first few turns if you know what to do with these suckers and the scepter.
