I love this card for it's versatility. If you need to find more land, or you don't have a use for it, you can cycle, or you can use it at face value, or if you have the six mana free you can give the -3-3 and draw the extra card. it's one of those cards I'm almost always happy to see when I have it around. It's definitely an underrated card.
