This rating is for its use in Sliver decks, of course, and i feel that it is outdated. The newer Plated Sliver from Legions provides much the same effect for free, and in a cheaper creature.
True, this creature allows for alot of defense, but if u want to really boost your whole army, then its gonna cost a LOT of mana.
So ya, stick with Plated sliver for defense.
