Typhlosion (Prime) - 110/123 - Ultra Rare

The background design behind the Pokemon is awesome, even if you can't quite see it in the picture provided here. With all of its health, its weakness doesn't matter too much, and it's got a good retreat cost. The power Afterburner is useful when you need to attach fire energy to stronger Pokemon so they can pull off their huge attacks. Flare Destroy can also be helpful when trying to stop enemies from using big attacks themselves. It's a low price for a Prime, so I recommend it.
