4 mana for a 4/4 flyer that only has a drawback if your opponent is scrying. If you you scry or something to keep the top of your library revealed its kinda like thieving magpie only much bigger. Awesome card.

Having to attack hurts its ability, but this is great combo'd with Oracle of Mul Daya since its ability will remove extra lands into play and reveal the card on top of your library. So, if you can read, you get to put the card in your hand.
