It is the best cards to counter those TGHL and PLant Tengu Synchro abused deck!!
You know when they will special summon using : Debris, junk, doppel, dandylion, glow up,etc...discard 1 maxx c....draw 1 for the special summon and draw 1 again when they sycnro summon!

This card can be incredibly powerful, and will never be completely dead in your hand (you can always set it if need be). BUt seriously, this card has some potential. Your opponent summons Debris Dragon, you discard Maxx "C", and you'll draw a card. If they continue and tune Debris + the other monster, draw again, and if the other monster happened to be a Dandylion, draw again. I can see this card getting quite a bit of play
