The "A" version has a dark colored mana symbol, making it hard to read.

The "B" version has a brighter color, making the mana symbol very easy to read.

This reflects that there was 2 print runs, and on the 2nd print run, they fixed those cards where it was difficult to read the mana symbol.

*** White weenie gains suprise punch. Nasty when combined with first strike creatures which are typically...white!

***** As Dan said, this is a great card for white weenie. I have 4 of them with, Glorious Anthem and Crusades.. All you need is five guys to attack and that's a extra 10 damage, plus whatever you have out, you can not go wrong!
