*** .......and would also recommend picking up the foil 'urza's legacy' version of this card as the DCI version suffers in comparison..............

*** play with four of these in a type 1.5 monored land destruction deck. a tad hard to play with as the mana curve in my deck has to ALways be there. so i play with 27-28 lands. but if you're playing something like 'survival of the fittest' or 'worldly tutor' or some other different deck(like utility), just go on. anyway, an excellent land destruction card with the built in benefit of a 2/2 "haste" creature. of course it has "echo" but what could be a tricky or dicey situation can work to your advantage. i play with "threshold" cards like 'barbarian ring' so it can help me either way. in conclusion, a good solid card that will benefit the amateur or advanced player. although i wouldn't recommend it to the novice or someone who just wants to throw it in to their first land destruction deck as it will just discourage them off a pretty good card........................
