The look in your opponent's face when cast this, they kill the creature and you use countermagic. har har har!

i love this card. even if you use it to steal a 2 mana creature it ruins you oponents day. pare it up with enchantment alteration to trade his weaker creatures back for his stronger creature he brought out to beat it.
