***** A friend of mine makes an infinite loop with Warp World and Deranged Hermit until he puts every Permanent in his library into play and you can't put anything into play since it also uses Woodfall Primus and other creatures that destroy opponent's Perms when they enter play. It's actually pretty mean since Warp World is the only non-permanent in the whole deck.

***** this card is amazing by itself. but if you throw in a lifeline and "forget" to pay the echo cost. this bad boy changes from an amwsome creature that gives you four 1/1's into a one time cost spell that give's you 4 1/1's every other turn. you get four of these suckers cycling in and out of your graveyard with lifeline in play... it turns itself into an endless swarm of squirrels that smash aginst enemy defenses wave, after wave, after wave. have fun kiddies.

**** gradually, over time, i came to play more and more what would come to be known as type 1.5. i just enjoyed having the larger card pool to choose from without the banned or broken cards wrecking your carefully laid deck themes to waste. the first and oldest deck(from '98) is now my mono green 1.5 deck which happens to include this madman in it. nothing better has ever come along and i dare say over time he's only held his own or gotten a bit better. the echo mechanic with him is actually not bad and lends itself to different deck strategies. being almost immune to bounce or gang blocking big fatties with squirrel tokens is joy. playing one or two (with a 'gaea's cradle)and causing your opponent to sweep is ecstacy. and ... i better stop there. but go have a conversation with this hermit, you'll be enlightened............

***** The Hermit is one of the best creatures ever, allowing you to attack for 9 on the second turn in the right deck. (TURN 1:forest, exploration, forest, birds of paradise, TURN 2: rofellos, mass hysteria, gaea's cradle, forest, Deranged Hermit, attack)

**** a great card, with a caveat: its annoying as all heck that many craven players only use it for irritating theme decks or,

***** First to start off, this is one of the BEST cards to have for a lockdown deck. For only 5 mana (sure, there's echo, but that's minor) you get 5 creatures! You get four 2/2 's and a 1/1. The best thing about this, is that if it comes out of play, then back into play, it puts out more squirrels! If you put it out again, you get EIGHT 2/2 squirrels! Another great part about it, is that it adds +1/+1 to all squirrels! That means that if you have 2, you have eight 3/3's! If you add a Rancor, you can get your opponent right there!

Also, seeing as how you have so many squirrels, put down an
