This card looks like a powerful one. I don't have it, but whoever does is surely the master of the game. No doubt the game is won when this card is pulled. 
Saddly it isn't that powerful. Look at the effect on Endless Scream if you wanna see a suprisingly unpleasent instant.
Cards like this work well if you want to hit something hard and protect your monster from a wipeout but that's about it. Your Rights :
