alot of fun in a casual red deck. used to be one of the preeminent flyers when i played red way back in the day. affordable in more ways than one but for the casual or multiplayer as i don't think this works in a serious deck.....

I love this card, not just cause he looks like he is hiccuping fire, but also cause he is a really really good card for red who usually has some craptastic fliers that are too much for their cost, or to fragile to consider play. This little dragon is just great, too bad he will explode if you pump him too much. Still good though.

Dragon Whelp is a fun card =) The fact that he blows up is a plus =)
Nothing more satisfying than killing your opponent by sending in the baby dragon and pumping him up by 10 or more to end the game =) "He blowed up real good" =)
