Can be a bit difficult to play due to being three colors. That being said, however, it only takes one of each of the three. And given the options you can choose with it, I'd say this is quite a flexible card indeed. I usually run at least two(no more than three due to mana constraints) in any deck that I need both counterspells and life gain in. And the -2/-2 can be great for spot creature removal.
