***** i've used with paradise mantle before. Usually would damnation by turn 4-5, then drop this guy and paradise mantle the next turn. Depending on creature count I could usually mana-ramp into a Consume Spirit kill, or Hard Cast a Corrupt or 2, or Death Cloud for Massive (X). Granted it could pop a lot sooner with Dark Rituals, but I rarely equate them since I hardly ever draw them... Even with a playset *sigh*

*** I got this card in my first The Dark pack and it is decent because you can remove creatures from the game but if there are none this card is a simple 3/4 creature for 4c and 1b

** This card isn't of crucial use alone, but if you combine it with All Hallows' Eve your opponents could find themselves in a bad position.
