Very good alternative to your standard Suntail Hawk, now that you can use it in Standard and Extended. Great, if you ask me.

O come now, no one is going to give the all mighty flying men some love? I will, with 5 stars. This card is champ and o so funny when you just whip out a 1/1 flyer from a blue deck for no other reason than to anoy the other person or for laughs.

1st-turn flier with no drawback: Solid. See also Scryb Sprites and Suntail Hawk. Only downside is that as a Human, Flying Men doesn't synergize with other cards in a tribal sense like the Bird and Faerie do.

my friend plays a casual deck with 'rishadan port' and 'winter orb' with 'daze' , 'thwart,' and 'force of will' and theres nothing he like better than dropping this baby first turn or when he has one mana to spare. i just grit my teeth down to the roots when this little crapper grinds me down to 0 like forty turns later.......
