use in my five color 1.5 deck. works great, especially with the buyback option. i themed my five color on each of the colores traditional strengths and surprise! 'forbid' became representative of its color. works in conjunction with 'bazaar of baghdad' , 'intuition' , and 'squee, goblin nabob.' a counterspell every turn can obviously be devastating to your opponent. or , if you don't have the cards to discard to it (like 'squee') you can lock the game down for a turn or three if your board position is better. then use 'eternal witness' to get back all the goodies you threw away to this card. in conclusion; a niche card that can be very powerful in the right deck.......
