Far from the most useful counterspell, but probably the most insulting when it works. It's fun.

the cool thing about this card is when they finally get enough land to play a card you suprise them with having to play one more

This is a very good card. You can effectivly keep your opponent 1 turn back. They would be forced to save at least 1 mana before casting spells. For the cost of only U you wouldn't get any better.
