***** This is one of the best green mana accelaration cards ever printed. It's only rivaled by Priest of Titania and Rofellos, but Gaea's Cradle can't be killed by Shock, Seal of Fire, etc., so Cradle is better. It is used in Stompy decks, Secret Force decks,

*** Gaea's Cradle is an ok card but not worthy of five stars. Mainly because of dustbowl, wasteland, and back to the basics. It is also not a type 2 legal card anymore. Plus a first turn gaea's cradle dosen't do any good because you most likly have no creatures. Not to metion the fact that you can't have more than one in play so if your opponent lays a gaea's cradle first then you are pretty much out of luck on every gaea's cradle in your deck. That is unless you run dustbowl or wasteland.

***** i have a saproling deck that produces little 1/1 creatures. when i have cradle out, i can get 50 mana from 1 land and use it with a vitalizing wind and mirari. with just that one land u can help hit someone for thousands of damage.

***** Perfect for getting out tons of mana.It is also difficult to remove form play (Unless your playing red!).

***** This card is possably the best card in saga. Oh, and for those morons out there who think you can use mirari's ability over and over again, YOUR WRONG! my friend when to natonals and said the judges said you can only USE IT ONCE! thank you.

***** Increadible card, however the person a few comments above me claims its not worth 5 stars because of several counter cards... i just want to know something here, is black lotus a bad cardbacause of counterspell?

***** if you know what to do with all your mana once you've got it....there's nothing better in extended right now than this. yes, it's vulnerable to certain cards but what a threat it is too! there's really few quick mana ramps in the new extended now....this in my opinion is the best for that format.....

***** Tolarian academy is definetly better, but this is still insane. every card and combo has a weakness, but this can give you a huge boost in mid-game. slate of ancestry+words of war+several creatures+4 lands+the cradle to deal 2 damage for every creature you have-there a a ton of better ways to use the cradle than that-its so good it's banned in Urza block constructed

***** This is a great card. There are so many combo's that it can be used for. I love useing them with my killer bee's.

***** Perhaps one of the most powerful lands ever printed, and sits proudly amongst such cards as mishra's workshop and Tolarian academy. As if green didnt have enough mana exceleration already. Ever try combining it with Candelabra of tawnos? Infinite mana with 2 creatures out..hurricane anyone?? How bout Vine Dryad + cradle + llanowar elve first turn, second turn forest then natural order elf for a turn 2 Plated Slagwurm, third turn rancor + berserk = 20 damage and this is all Type 1.5 (Legacy) legal...

***** Elves come into play as fast as bullets with this baby!! A must for ANY creature based deck....definately worth the 5 Stars.....
-- By Sean from Italy on March 13, 2005
***** An unbelievable card. One of those cards that you can't belive that magic even thought about realising. In a red/green deck, use it with Blaze and Doubling cube and BAM YOU WIN!

***** Sorry, never mind that last one...: Great with Elves, add in Thousand-Year Elexir and 4 Llanowar Elves...that's amazing.
