I give this card a 4 because how many times have you been caught off gaurd by an instant. Well this card takes away the suprise of any giant growth ,shock,or any instant for 1 mana. it can even be used repeatedly.

This is a fairly powerful card to have in your deck. It can never hurt to get a look at what your opponent is holding, at any point in the game, and besides, it is a tap ability that you can play for 1. excellent card.

it is a good card and it doesn't harm to have a look at target players hand from times to times

I love this card for the same reason everyone else has posted, it's always good to know what your opponent has in his hand.
