**** I know that this seems a little high for a 2/2 no special, but lits look at afew other 2 mana creatures first:goblin raider 2/2 for 2 mana, but can't block second:Morgue Thrull 2/2 for 2 mana, but puts the top 3 cards into your graveyard third:Rabid Rats 1/1 for 2 mana, it taps to give target blocking creature-1/-1 so I think that next time you look at a this card then come pair it to other cards for the same cost

** well if you think that a 1G casting cost is so great, you should look into pouncing jaguar, or skyshroud ridgeback, or any number of comparable or better cards for only G

**** or at wild mongrel, river boa, etc... Grees creatures are generally much better or their casting costs than those of other colors (except white).
