***** Look at this ! Forget Instant RED BURN Spells ! I will pay 9 for x in a Hatred-Incact-Deck! Yes, second Turn win !

***** It's a "do or die" card. If you pay too much life on this, your opponent it just gonna tap some Mountains in response & cast some burn for the win. Hatred is not overpowered, just very powerful and really fun :)

***** This is my Kill in B/W Shadow Deck. Turn 1: duress or sumtin. Turn 2: Play Nether Traitor and swing 1/1. Turn 3: Dark Ritual, Hatred~~~Win... Hatred can also be fun with a lifelinker like Mourning Thrull(Although it hasn't been errata to Lifelink yet, so it stacks ^_^), Especially in multiplayer format so you're not at 1 life after a Kill-shot. Considering throwing in Strength of Lunacy in the deck just to have pro-white and not get hozed by pte, stp, condemn, etc. Since all my friends know my deck soo damn well... Although, Righteous War would also do the trick but couldn't target my white shadow creatures with hatred.... dilemma...

***** ...first turn simian spirit guide , drop raging goblin or spark elemental , drop lotus petal drop 2 dark ritual , then hatred... first turn kill... ( for God Draw players ) hehehe..

***** Excelent card! I dont play with black suicides myself.... but I have suffered its power before against others :P

-- By Chaito from Argentina on November 07, 2007

***** If you've ever used Hatred, you know. If you ever been on the recieving end, you also know. For the uninitiated, Hatred , in the right situation, (i.e an unblocked creature ;P ) basically says "3BB: You win the game." Awesome in Suicide black decks and a must-have for serious + casual players alike, GET IT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

***** My favorite card; best black card; best flavor text. First turn swamp, 2/2 zombie. Second turn City of Traitors; attack; No Blocker?; tap swamp and city, Dark Ritual, Hatred for 18. Dead.

***** Awesome card...just don't ever use it against red.

-- By Chris from San Diego CA on January 19, 2005

***** Awesome staple card of black shadow/weenie decks. I have 3 in my deck; I have countless 3rd turn kills with a single shadow creature out and a dark ritual.

***** The Only way to stop this card is a fog... Oh man would that SUCK or what?

-- By Kyle Rogers from on September 25, 2002

***** Card Should pretty much just read 3 colorless 2 black : you win

***** THE CARD for black! I've won games second turn with this card before, and my opponent's face looks just like this!

-- By Cameron Rosen from Fort Collins, CO USA on April 13, 2002

***** This card is really cool. attack once, dark ritual sac life and your opponents dead. of course, your friend you just played will get really pissed off because the card is so cheap. Oh well.
