This is not just a collector's item, but a fully playable game - that's why you get blanks and extra Illuminati cards. It includes a copy of the INWO rulebook (Version 1.1) and new rules for One With Everything play. You can divide the cards among the players beforehand, or draw from "one big deck" as in the original Illuminati game.

The card backs and corners are the same as the Limited and Unlimited Editions, so you can mix cards between sets. However, the face design of the Factory Set is new and different, featuring black frames on all the cards and gold ink on the Illuminati cards.
