Demonic Recall, Ancestral Tutor...Library of Lat-Nam is a nice addition to any blue deck. Sure, Merchant Scroll can act as a cheaper blue tutor, but if cast at the right moment, you will draw three cards for five mana, one of the best bargains in the game. Plus, it only requires one blue mana, making it an excellent card to splash (especially in a green deck where card advantage is sorely lacking). An excellent update of two golden oldies.
