I like this card, but discarding Launch with it will not create an infinite loop, because Launch only returns to your hand if it goes to the graveyard from the battlefield.

As a side note one can combine this card with any card that when it's placed into graveyard it goes back to your hand aka ( launch ) and you have an infinite loop that can complete lock an opponent down by tapping all their lands / creatures.

Nowadays try this with Arcanus the Omnipotent-he's tap to draw three cards- pitch one to untap- get 2/3rd's of you library immediately. I like in a patron wizard deck also-pitch a land to keep a counterspell lock going when your opponent thinks you've slipped.

This card is awesome! I know a perfect combo for this card! Quicksilver Dagger and any creature combined with mind over matter!

You can still base a deck around this card, just support with counter and include Curiosity and a Timmy. Library of Lat-Nam helps to get the Mind, too.
