I also have a complete set of revised. I started when magic started. I believe if you don't have the passion to collect this set you are not a true collector. Every collector for magic should want the entire set. I understand that the new age players want the new stuff but the value of the cards is in the old cards. Players must respect what these cards brought to the playing field. With out the old their would be no new cards.

While the average condition might be near mint, the less desirable cards were the mint ones while several of the valuable ones like the dual lands were in a very played condition.
