Thawing Glaciers

This card owns... Yes, it will slow down the pace of your deck since it CIPT, that it doesn't produce any mana, and the basic land you fetch CIPT also. But, it does thin out your library by 1 land, it's only counterable by something like Stifle, Trickbind or Azorious Guildmage which is a huge+ and I like the art too.

This works great with Burgeoning! And I've wanted to try it with Amulet of Vigor also... Basically, keep re-playing Thawing Glaciers on their turn when they play a land, then pop the Glaciers during your upkeep or whenever (I prefer to do it at upkeep to raise the chances of not drawing another land), and be set on any type of basic land for the rest of the match.

This land is great. It thins out your deck of land over and over again. Mana screwed? Say no more! This card will save you from it.

This plus Stone-Seeder Hierophant can allow you to put into play every basic land in your deck in short order if you can manage to keep her alive. Love it with Beacon of Creation, Traproot Kami, Rampaging Baloths, Gaea's Cradle, Wolfbriar Elemental, and Rofellos. Throw in an Eldrazi Monument and you're on your way to some fun

Also good for a double land fall every second turn.
