A great way to chop down your victims deck down to size ..combined with relearn as well,you can rest asure that this combo will level the playing field.

Being fond of Millstone Decks, this has to be one of my favorite cards of all time. Being able to force your opponent to put the top four cards of their library into their graveyard for one mana is an incredible deal, plus you get two other useful abilities to choose from. Additionally, these work very well with cards such as Ravenguild Master and Ambassador Laquatus. Take a chance on a couple and see how well they work for you.

This oft over-looked card is the best charm made in Visions and one of the best charms ever. Even still. For one blue you can mill 4 cards (that's first turn), or change all of one type of land to another. Want to stop a mono-color deck for a turn? That'll do it...

Seriously, anyone playing a mill deck should put 4 of these in. Tremendously powerful.
