**** play this in the right deck (green quick: Rogue elephant, harvest wurm, river boa, etc) and u can keep most decks under the thumb

***** Not my thought. Combine with Icy Manipulator for the classic combo lockdown. It gives you control of the tempo, even if you cannot completely lock someone down.

**** Probably one of the best control cards ever made. Excelent if you like to play blue/white contol. Play it with Relic Barrier, The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale, Icy Manipulator and Propaganda and guaranteed your oponant will start looking very pale.
