I REALLLLLLLLLLYYYYY like this card for some deeranged reason, probably because it gives UB/B mill one great weapon to tear apart someone's creatures then start killing them. In casual this is even greater because you can combine it with disciple of the Vault to ensure constant damage. And its cost is not as expensive as much as you might think.
