This is probably one of the fastest, most dangerous World Championship pre-constructed decks in existence. That being said, it is from 1999, so don't expect it to hold up incredibly well against the standard tournament deck of the new era.

i have one from an old freind but its not complete buuuut the cards from it have helped me more than enouph especially the skyshroud trolls i cant remember if mishras helix comes from it but if they do i rate it a 5
