**** THIS CARD ROCKS!!!, pared with aluren it is a great combo, with the ability to deal 2 dammage to any creature or player for only one colorless and with keldon vandels it also can destroy an artifact for 1. Using various creatures you can kill a nonblack creature for 1, destroy and enchantment for 1. and with aluren it IS LIKE AN INSTANT WITH NO CASTING COST!!!!! in the right hands this is one of the games more potent card.

**** It rocks when paired with two or more Deranged Hermits! Just keep bouncing Hermits back and forth from your hand with Equilibrium to get dozens of Squirrels, then play Vitalizing Wind on the following turn... You get what I mean...

***** This card is great for any blue deck with or without creaters. use high tide and cloud of faeries to make unlimited mana or play infinite spells or use it just for creater bounce.
