**** It doesn't look that good, but it is. Weenie decks can use it to further beatdown control. It also combines nice with Oppositon [tap a creature you control: tap target artifact, creature, or land]. Tap it at the end of you untap phase, and tap it at the end of your turn. That way, you can untap almost everything, while the opponent only untaps 2 permanents.
