i think in the main arena of MTG this card is an instant. but basically sucks unless you want use it with a card like 'humility.' personally i couldn't be bothered.......... 
this card is very good, especially for combos and in bulk. its the cheapest mass removal in the game and the bane to most token decks. weather you cover with white, fly over, or out buff it, this card WILL come in handy! Your Rights :
