Works great in a green deck where u need mana fast. If it only cost less to play... -- By Anonymous from North carolina on December 27, 2002 |

i've always enjoyed this card and its art, albeit in a casual deck. i believe there are several different versions of the art and this one is preeminent in my mind. just great. as for the card mechanics , well, it is a mana ramp so that's always deserving of a second look. however, like the card 'bad moon' you have to hope your opponent isn't playing green. and if he is, that his opening draw is less "tight" than yours is. but , like i've said, enjoyed playing with it numerous times in a casual deck......... -- By Anonymous from gainesville, FL USA on February 17, 2005 |
